Hey guys. Great game (well, for some i guess). Hope everyone who made the trip got back safely.

Something I have been doing lately is visiting opponents forums and asking them a favor. As most of you know, McFadden is a great player, but he does not have much recognition. Arkansas and somewhat the south has not done much to promote him as being a Heisman candidate.

So here's the favor: It would be great if you guys helped us vote for Darren McFadden on ESPNs heisman ballot here

https://r.espn.go.com/espn/contests/theheismanvote

If you dont vote for him i understand why, but he is trying to be the first SEC winner in a while

If Brady Quinn has a good game against USC, or Troy Smith has good day against Michigan there is no way at all McFadden will win, even though he is a better player and has done what he has in the SEC.

Please vote (man i sound like a politician). or dont vote, if not McFadden. i did this on an SC forum last week and almost everyone on there voted for him.

Vote in. Why don't you hang around on Volnation during the year. We have one or two guys from Florida, Bama and Georgia that are regulars here.

Yeah I voted man, I'm just saying the media is in love with those two guys. I bet McFadden gets invited if he has a big game against LSU, but doubt he wins

i will def. be a regular. I like this site had some fun times. I agree, DMAC must have a great game against LSU and our team cant lose more than 2 before the presentation. Thanks guys for voting.

Will the Hogs play full-bore (no pun intended) for the MSU or LSU game since their trip to Atlanta is secured?

I plan for voting for nobody, McFadden is a good player, but has nothing to do with me. But I think I really impressed by what you did, I already voted, even though I don't know how much the vote will affect the result. Good luck!

It's a wasted vote for me... I did it though. There's 0% chance he will win, no matter how many votes he gets on ESPN.com. Ohio State and Notre Dame have an exponentially larger fanbase than Arkansas.

Our defense did their fair share to promote him for the Heisman on Saturday. That being said, he will be getting my vote.

Just voted. McFadden has 28% of the votes. Troy Smith has 34% and Steve Slaton has 29%. Those are the only three that have received any substantial amount of votes.

I refuse to acknowledge the existence of the H-word trophy. It's a piece of junk that only gets hyped by ESPN/ABC. No one really cares about it anymore - even the recipients.

I am sure Darren will pile up plenty of individual accolades next season. If I were an AR fan I would spend my time dreaming of a NC title game MVP instead of the H-word trophy.
