I’ve reset the calorie counting to put my final weight at 192-195. This is a lifestyle I can live with forever. So we will see how it goes.
The math says I’ll lose 1-1.5 pounds per week till I level out but I think it will be slower than that
I almost never get on a scale. I just knew my starting point a year ago, 5'9", 170 lbs. Got on a scale for the first time in a year about a month ago. 155lbs, but still 5'9". Hanging upside down from the pull up bar hasn't worked as hoped. Shredded though.
