last week I stalled out, a little too much fried rice/sushi/ hibachi celebrating my son's graduation from middle school, and my wife took it upon herself to get the biggest icecream cake dq makes for my birthday. So,that hung around longer than planned. I did this back in line this week, including a 4mi hike on Saturday.
6/11 213.7 (2.6) should of been more. Very little exercise the last 3 days because of aggravated hamstring/calf muscles behind the knees (both legs). Feeling better this morning but yesterday I considered calling local sports physician for an appointment to have x-rays or ask for physical therapy.
