Friday weigh in thread (suns out guns out challenge 8/30/24)

Started at 237 in May 2017. Got down to about 195 by December. Two years later, I've gained a bit back and hovering between 200 and 205. Would like to get back below 200, but I'm thankful to still be down 35 lbs.

I've hit a brick wall. Don't know if I'll bust through or not, but I'm going to keep eating healthy.
I sadly gave up (for the indefinite future) wine. The empty calories in alcohol were just too much for my old-lady metabolism, which is apparently similar to that of a garden slug.

It seems to be working, as I’m back to losing weight, although it’s obvious that I’ll never again be able to lose a pound and a half a week, week in, week out. Boo.

Waaah, this was my only vice!

Someone needs to develop a white or rose wine with soluble fiber, dammit! 1582821546053.gif
