From 230 to 195 now. All I did was change my diet, cut out sodas and candy. I’m 32. Also, starting college in June at Georgia state to become a psychiatrist doctor. Things are looking up!

I’ve actually eaten less food this past week, and very few “cheats.” Either this triggered my body to store more fat, or I caught Slice cooties through the Interwebs.
Started whole foods diet mid Jan. Go to gym 4 to 5 days per week. Do fast walk for 20 - 30 minutes on treadmill with incline. Then alternate each day between upper body and lower body lifting weights. Have seen quite the change and feel much better, considering I'm 49 and didn't hit the gym much for 45 of those years. Hoping to get under 200 and keep it there.

Cleaning up your diet on the little things makes a big difference. For me it’s the “grazing “ eating snacks when I’m not hungry apparently has been a real problem.
