June. 3,984 degrees. Was tough to keep the apartment cool in August. Power bill went through the roof

What is on the salmon?

The scallops look a bit too done for my taste, but I do like the sear on that one. Asparagus looks perfect. Looks good and I love that blue plate. Is that new?
