It seems like a Volnation faternity to me to be frank. I just don't see the concept of a longtime GURU that seldom posts nor makes contributions to the board, has any more of a privilege than some posters that have been actively posting for 3 years or better.:dunno: Actually it's offensive to be honest.

Psssssst

Guru's and mods right now are the only ones who can post here. I would welcome other long time members if they would like to participate.

Thanks for the feedback VIA.

. . . so relax.

That's exactly what we are after. It's supposed to create a place you can find info quickly without digging through the board.

You find it "offensive?" Jeez...Lighten up Frank...you're being way too sensitive.

utfantilidie, the current guidelines weren't meant to exclude anyone. It was just an easy way to include some longtime members. I obviously can't allow all registered users to post (since trolls like lawgator would probably post UF news :p) and I didn't want to waste time manually adding members who aren't interested in contributing.

So the easiest solution was to add mods and gurus and ask anyone else who might be interested to just let me know. Do you have a better solution?

there's all kinds of comments in here about sacking up being a cry baby, and yet mine gets deleted. wtf?

i was simply suggesting that if this place is so insulting, maybe it's time to look somewhere else. that makes the most sense.
