I've got no problem with Duke. They are to college basketball what HHH is to the WWE. Everyone hates them and wants to see them get knocked off their perch, but it doesn't happen often.

I have a major problem with duke. they wouldnt be a great team if they didnt get all these calls. have you ever wondered why no duke players pan out in the nba? its cause once they leave duke, they never get that "oh a duke player got touched call a foul" treatment. without shooting 40 ft's a game, they wouldnt be near as great.

Try going to grad school at Duke. I have to deal with the obnoxious undergrads everyday. It's fun to watch how depressed they get when Duke does lose, though.

Hatvol, I am not trying to discount what Duke has accomplished. They are obviously the measuring stick in college basketball.

Yeah but if you take away their success it would be harder to hate them... Especially because they don't have football to fall back on. It's like trying to hate a Vanderbilt fan. You just can't do it. All there is just a tremendous amount of pity.

With the exception of Skip Bayless, that is harsh my friend. Unless Vandy fans are all like Skip Bayless.

OWB I am in the same seats in the corner across from the tennessee bench. I am close to 20 rows back. I moved down last game to about the 6th row. Hopefully all the Duke fans we leave and I can get really close.

It's not harsh. They're a bunch of people who are ticked they couldn't get into a real academic power like Duke or Stanford. To avoid a board meltdown, I won't launch into another commentary on the city of Nashville.
