We watch Christmas Vacation every year, and usually several times a year.

And honestly, Elf has become a tradition as well.

We've got a 5 1/2 month-old daughter, so I'm pumped about making some new traditions with her as she gets older. One of them that I'm wanting to start doing is collecting the winter/north pole/Christmas-themed LEGO sets, and beginning this year, build one of the little themed buildings each year and add too the collection, but when she gets older (like, beyond thinking that LEGOs are edible-older), we'll start constructing them together each year as some daddy-daughter time.
We love Elf at my house. Another awesome movie.

I love the Lego tradition. Sounds like a great time to start some new ones with your daughter.

When I was a small child we watched the cla-mation movies Santa Clause is Coming to Town, The Year Without a Santa Clause, and Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer.

I remember those. I always thought they were creepy. And don't forget Frosty. :)

It's a Wonderful Life is my dad's favorite. I've seen it more than my share of times.

My top list

1)Its a Wonderful Life
2)Christmas Vacation
3)Bells of St. Mary's
4)White Christmas
5)Christmas Story

At the risk of neverending future ridicule, I admit I like Home Alone also.

What's the movie with Danny DeVito about the Christmas lights? My kids like that one.

That's awesome Yank. Whats your favorite PS4 game?

I'll answer for him...nba2k14. He talked me into getting it and I'm addicted. Besides nba live back when Shawn Kemp and Gary Payton were in Seattle, this is the only basketball game I've ever liked.

With 3 kids, Elf and Polar Express have become Christmas week staples. For some reason I always, and I mean always fall asleep during White Christmas. We watch it every year and there are parts I've never seen. Lol.

On a different note, I can't help but think how Christmas time has been changed forever for RichRollin's family. We need to pray for them this week. Take care everyone.

Why is there no Ultimate Team mode? That's disapointing. Good game though.

Merry Christmas Freak and VolNation. Thanks for this site, it's kind of like a membership in the jelly of the month club. VolNation keeps giving all year long!

Good post Fade. I've thought a lot about RR this week and will continue to pray for his family. Tragic.

I like COD, although I think its one of the worst COD games in a while. I tend to enjoy shooters.

I usually only play shooters. 2K14 is the first sports game I've played more than 10 minutes of since I can remember.

Ghosts is the first campaign I've played since MW3. I haven't had any of the issues with the online stuff playing hardcore. It's definitely not the best but I like it. Black Ops is still my favorite COD

Christmas wouldn't be the same at my house without the Grinch and Ebenezer Scrooge as well.

Probably already been answered, but was it "Deck the Halls?"
