My wait wasn’t too bad. I was occupied with looking at all the ammo and target deals tho. Was your wait due to staff or waiting on background?
I guess a little of both I waited in line from 5am till 9am just to fill out the background form then another two waiting for them to get to me I’ve waited longer for a tv
The shockwave is a cool looking gun if nothing else I don’t know how practical it is maybe home defense
Great way to get a shot barrel shot gun with out having to get all the paper work

Had a good Thanks giving and I usually don't do black Friday ( for my self ) but I bought Affinity photo ( mainly using it for digital painting ) on sale for $34 with free version updates for life! It's on par with photoshop at.....that.......price! CRAZY. I hope we win.

Freak, you do such an incredible job maintaining this site and this weekly post during the season is my favorite thing that you’ve contributed. It’s so cool to get a glimpse into the lives of a bunch of people who you may never meet but share a passion. It’s inevitable that we’d all have all other kinds of common interests and it fills me up to hear about folks doing what they love after a hard earned week to enjoy themselves before they throw all their energy and support to the Vols.

Last night I went to a surprise birthday party for a close friend, then stayed up late with another friend hashing out life’s treasures, frustrations and mysteries. We live in Colorado but today our little TN crew will get together and hash out the vols’ treasures, frustrations and mysteries while we cheer them onto a victory and bowl game. Go Vols.

Had to work last night as usual. Recorded the Apple Cup to watch when I got home. Gotta work today too, but I'll be keeping up with the game on the radio.

Favorite Thanksgiving food was my MiL's chicken and dumplings. Haven't had any since she passed away 6 years ago.

*****Freak's Friday Night admittedly off topic thread, BLACK FRIDAY EDITION*****

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! Everyone get plenty to eat, which makes me wonder, what's your favorite Thanksgiving food? And do you or your family have any unique traditions for this holiday?

Who's watching college football today and tonight? No. 6 Oklahoma plays No. 9 West Virginia at 8:00 p.m. followed by No. 18 Washington and No. 8 Washington State at 8:30 p.m. Of course, I expect you're all, like me, planning to watch Tennessee play No. 2 Kansas at 9:00.

So what's everyone got on the agenda for tonight and this weekend?

I want to mostly hear about who went Black Friday shopping and what kind of deals you found and what you purchased (post pics!)

Who is attending the game tomorrow, and if you don't live in Nashville, let me know how far you are traveling.

Even though the season hasn't gone quite as well as I had hoped, I'm still disppointed to see the season wind down. Tennessee plays it's final regular season game tomorrow, and maybe it's final game of the season, against Vanderbilt in Nashville. The Vols' 13 seniors didn't receive their proper sendoff this past Saturday (and didn't even get the traditional run through the T before the game… oops), but a win Saturday in Neyland West would be the next best thing.

Let's get a win and go bowling. Go Vols!

The kids where in from college for thanksgiving, so the family went to see Bohemian Rhapsody last night, and watched the end of UT vs Kansas.
