Wife's birthday was yesterday, had doc appointments in the 'big city' and picked up take out at her favorite Chinese place.
Now sitting at home relaxing watching reruns of her favorite show - Walking Dead.

Be watching the game tommorrow while getting things together for a friends coming over for some burgers and drinks for her birthday...I should be in happy mood with a solid win in the books.

I've hit the Chinese Buffet twice this week lol. It will be the death of me.

Went out to our local brewery and then the Voodoo lounge with our crazy friends tonight. Tomorrow is Rocky Mount Fest with bands all day including Town Mountain. Awesome band. I’ll watch the first half at home then catch the rest out and about in town. Go Vols!!!!

Chopping up Trinidad Scorpions and Ghost Peppers tonight. WOW, the fumes in the house. And only chopping a few. Going to mix with Vidalia Onions, cabbage, green tomatoes and make and old timey fermented chow chow recipe. Will be seriously hot but fantastic with pinto beans, turnip greens, fried taters and cornbread. Will be great on a cold day this coming winter.

Your peppers less "spicy" this year for some reason? I made a small pot of chili earlier this week with 2 Ghost and one Scorpion. I expected it eat the spoon, but it was rather bland.
