In my younger days, I would wake up on gameday and drink beer all day long -- gamedays and fishing days. It was awesome and I really enjoyed it. Nowadays, black coffee suits me just fine. I hope that doesn't make me sound like an old fart, but I guess it does.

I still like beer, just not at 9 o'clock in the morning.

I'm not sure of your physical condition or age. But "WATER is WINNING".
Drinking water keeps your throat from swelling and constricting your airway and also helps immensely with overall health.
Swimming is good for your cardio without killing your joints.

I'm old. I drink a 5th a day and smoke 2 packs of Camel non filters a day. The last time I swam I fell out of the boat drunk. Only time I drink water is when its got an alka-seltzer in it. I do appreciate the advice though.

Good late evening fellers and gal. Been organizing a new bedroom set my wife bought and had delivered today..... also ran out and bought some stuff to make Cat Poop dip for the game.

Lol Rotel

I use a pack of ground sausage.... cooked and crumbled , 32 ounces of the mexican white cheese you get at mexican restaurants usually when you get chips, and a can of rotel.......crockpot and tortilla chips.... very simple

And yes' it looks like cat poop..... well's if your cat has the "runs" lol

Watching the Braves punch their ticket to the World Series on Saturday and i hope we play Tampa Bay in the Fall Classic.

I used to drink a fifth a day. Jack, of course. I am from Tennessee. Couple visits to rehab and a lot of meetings later I decided to actually live this life. Not always happy about it. Got rid of the girlfriend. She was half my age and stacked. Wife is happy about that particular decision.

I still can't believe Tampa has dropped three straight. That one should be interesting today.
