ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS hug your Mama !!!I'm actually up in Gods country of East TN this time lol. Not going to the game. Just visiting my mom for a while.
Tonight-trying to watch this Colorado/Houston game but I just can't get into it.
No real big plans. Just gonna chill for an entire day of football. Pizza will be in the picture at some point I am sure
YES...mine is right at 500 from West of Indy.Yeah, my mom is in the Tri Cities also.
Don't get up here nearly as much as I should. Older I get the harder that 900 mile drive gets and the airline connections into TRI really suck.
I'm right there with you. Horrible to see something like that happen in our country. Scary to think of how it could lead to even more craziness. I wish I felt more confident that things will change for the better.I’m not as hyped for this game as I was last weekend because of the tragic events that have transpired this past week. I’m sad ya’ll. I’m about to go pick my daughter up from work, hit the drive-thru and call it a night probably. That said, I’ll be up to watch game day and cheer on the Vols. A win would perk me up, but I’ll believe it when I see it.![]()

You should drive south a few hours and watch the game with @London VolSitting here in an apartment in York, England at 1am trying to figure out if DAZN is going to come through and show the game tomorrow, they started the Colgate/Syracuse game then it got interrupted, tried the Colorado/Houston game and it just showed commercials, both of which are supposed to be live on DAZN. Fingers crossed. I’ll be walking around in my Orange tomorrow regardless as we get our son moved into his flat as he’s attending University of York for the next few years.
#GBO
that I get to watch this live as well as Gameday.

The flights into TRI "inter continental nation wide imternational" are rough. Last time we flew it was Indy to Atlanta to Charlotte to TRI...ugggglllleeeee
Didn't think about driving to Indy (45 mims) and hoping on Amtrack to OHare (guessing about 3hrs) then direct to TRI...have to look into that.Yup. Maybe 10-15 years ago there was a direct flight in the morning-about 10 am from Chicago to Tri. Could take the 7 am flight from Dallas to Chicago then walk around OHare for an hour and be into TRI by 11:30 or so local time. Was perfect. Then they did away with it lol.
There are direct flights from DFW into Knoxville 3-4 times a day but then I have to deal with a car rental. I should really look into buying a junker and leaving it parked at someone's house near the airport or something.

Well crap...guess ill keep doing the 9ish hour drive and layover in London, KY.Unless they started doing it again AA cxl'ed the route about 10 years ago.
Considering the population influx into that area I'm really hoping TRI picks up some more direct flights
Get out and do something good for someone who’ll never be able to pay you back.I’m not as hyped for this game as I was last weekend because of the tragic events that have transpired this past week.
