I left and got back from there late Thursday night. I had a ball. It was a great to see those guys play, and take 2 out of three in that series. I was a little tired, but got plenty of rest today, before I went to see Covington and Dyersburg play.

I’m going to smoke a brisket. I make a mean pork shoulder. This will be my second brisket. First one was ok. I think I’ll try pulling it off the heat earlier this time to get a better pull. Any suggestions for brisket sauce?

I smoke my brisket in an aluminum pan and save the juice. Skim off fat after it cools and it makes great Aus Jus. I'm a slicer not a puller at least for brisket.
