Four Year Expectations for Football Team

What are your expectations for the team over the next four years?


I'll guess...
2009 8-4
2010 9-3
2011 11-1
2012 10-2

Impossible speculation without having even played a game but what the heck. This is probably too optimistic given the fact that our out of conference schedule is about to get really tough after this year.

What I expect as a Vol Fan, is to win every game for the next four(4) years. In a perfect world of course.........

Until this year... I actually pretty much had that expectation every year. A little too much Koolaid syrup I suppose!:rock:

I have no idea. I just think the Vol offensive line will be in total reconstruction mode in 2010. And unless something changes, Nick Stephens will be the starting QB with ???? as a back up? 2010 could be a total mess.

Even with a decent QB recruit, a true freshman potentially starting behind the makeshift 2010 offensive line in the SEC does not sound good.

If Kiffin lives up to his billing, he should have added enough depth to field a decent line again by 2011.

7-5 next year

Good points. Those, coupled with the schedule could mean trouble. Let's hope for some depth on the line!

2011: 11-1 SEC CHAMPONSHIP MAYBE NC DEPEND THE LOSS FROM OTHER TEAMS
2012: 12-0 NC YEAR

All these coaching staff kept getting best player from high school that can win in SEC levels in the future.:rock:

I see us steadily improving to possibly 11-1 by year 4. I do not think we will win a NC within that time frame. An SEC championship is a possibility with a few decent recruiting classes.

2009: 8-4 or 7-5
2010: 6-6
2011: 8 or 9 wins
2012: 10+ wins...at least 2nd in the east if not higher

by the 4th year i hope to see real promise for year 5...it'll take 4 years just to get the top talent here first

the improvement i MUST see is character and approach to the game expressed by our players...so far kiffin and co have an A+ in that category

Enjoyment - that's it.

Last year was so miserable I've lowered my standards.

So you're assuming that Coach Fulmer was a better option for us at THIS time, since his previous four seasons were pretty much the equivalent of this when all is said and done. (With an SEC Championship Game appearance)
