Four UT coaches retained?

I think that he should clear house on the offensive side. The offense this year was terrible. I know hes bringing in his brother in law David Reaves who coached at SC. All I know is that Kiffin has the money to hire a awesome staff

Yeah Hamilton alluded to the fact that the whatever the difference in pay is between Fulmer and Kiffin, that extra money could be used to pay for effective coaches, on top of the predetermined amounts set forth by the school. So we could easily see a $1,000,000 DC (Monte Kiffin), and still have great pay for the rest of the assistants.

JM, I honestly have no idea. That part is all in Lane's head and the minds of a very select group of people.

It's obvious that he has no idea who he wants on his offensive coaching staff. The RB's performed subpar, the WR's performed below subpar, and the dazzling OL performed subpar, and he kept all of those position coaches. Maybe he thinks he can turn them into better coaches, I don't know.

Defensively, however, he knows exactly who he's going after. There's been enough speculation on that side of the ball for you to know who I'm talking about. I'm sure if you did a little history search on the Kiffin family and past, close business acquaintances, you could guess who all is coming with the family to Knoxville.
