Some of those Texans fans are pretty excited about the signing and think he will make the team...I for one hope he proves VNation wrong and sticks on a roster.

I hope arian makes the team, and rams the ball down your throats. That would be poetic justice for some of you alls fulmer like tossing of him under the bus treatment. :pepper:

I just visited the Texans web site and did a quick look at some bloggers Q & A.It seems management was looking to sign two running backs in the middle rounds of the draft.Both were chosen before they were able to get them.(either or)They decided to get other talent instead of the other backs they were left to choose from.They were looking for a complimentary runner from Steve Slaton.While not giving up on Chris Brown.They felt it prudent to sign not only Foster but Jeremiah Johnson.

If Foster turns it on?? You will see him in the back field on a regular basis.

There aren't too many fumble-prone 4.6/40 running backs ramming it down anyone's throat in the NFL.

I could see New Orleans as a better fit for two reasons:

1. Pterodactyl and Cajun are closely related languages

2. New Orleans needs a speed back to compliment Reggie Bush

I really think if Arian gets a good coach that can teach him to hold onto the ball he can be a good 2nd or 3rd back in the pros for a few years.

texans must really think he has a chance.
He signed a 2 year deal. I even heard he was rated as one of thier top 4 backs.
even though no other vol cost me as much acid reflux - best of luck to him

This. Just don't want to root against another TN kid. Especially one as classy as Arian. Another way to look at it is I don't want to have to pull for the Texans.

foster is lucky he aint playing arena football oh wait they dont like it when you fumble in big situations neither i usually will not badmouth a vol but foster sucks i seen him cost ut alot of games with fumbles

i hope your joking foster slow as christmas and he cant compliment nobody but the other team that recovers the fumble

I know what you mean, they do run together. I used to work for a company that distrubuted DVDs for Time Warner. That is the reason that stuck out to me, seen that cover dozens of times.
