How can he be referred to as an "Ex Vol" when he was never actually on the team.I think SI is making a story out of nothing here IMO.Why don't they go do a story on Alabama repeatedly making offer upon offer (begging,pleading)to Nick Saban?

thanks GA for seeing the right side of it. Basically it said, the kid came to UT, did stupid crap, UT didn't put up with it and kicked him off the team, marshall gambled, and now he's doing stupid crap again. Too many people just wanna say the world is after us.

He was a Vol when this happened. Don't see why it is a negative either.

If he does it again while with the Herd, then it should say "Marshall player charged..".

What a waste of talent. He had a chance to do something good for his home town, but messed it up. Rumor is he got in trouble up there too, but I can not confirm that. But I think that this article looks good for UT for actually doing something about players getting in trouble...
