Peter Sirmon was a very disciplined linebacker who definately understood the gameplans each and every week; and think of whose gameplans those were. Jeff Fisher - Head Coach, Greg Williams - Saints DC and Jim Swartz - Lions HC. These are great defensive minds. To get him on staff as a GA is definitely a gift.

That's awesome. His knowledge and instinct made up for his speed disadvantage in the NFL. I think it's awesome he is now with the Vols. He will pry have some good ideas.

Peter is as smart as they come.

Dedicated is a understatement for him.

He'll expect and demand excellence from every player.

With the Titans he was like having a "D" coach on the field and he kept everyone in position.

Our Vols just landed a real gem with Peter on the staff from every aspect.
