And like I said, conference affiliation is a pissing contest in today’s world. West coast teams exist in East Coast/Midwest conferences. Oregon is a good program no matter the conference. Texas and Oklahoma are good programs no matter the conference. Ohio State would be good no matter the conference. It’s more about individual programs than conferences nowadays, similar to the NFL.

Big 12, SWC. Same difference, they merged and blended together. Nobody gives a damn about them any longer due to conference realignment. Unless you are a Prime fan I guess.
