Forget the 15-19 record

Yeah I'd agree, I remember a lot of times when we used to have really good teams in the Pearl era, we never showed up in the SEC tournament except for that one year. So it was good to see the fight.

Also, this Team will be remember for being able to compete with ANY other team in the country at home with an undermanned roster. They took pride at TBA. Hope they get better on the road

This team was memorable for shredding Florida, burning Kentucky and actually giving its all in the SEC tournament, which is more than you can say for a lot of our higher-ranked squads. Lots of great moments for a team with obvious roster challenges. Proud of Armani, KP, Derek and Devon for giving it everything in their last year.

Go vols!

Not to be that guy, but there is a longer list of disappointing losses. Not blaming that totally on the coach, but the losses happened and seem to be forgotten because of the good showing in the tourney.

This is true. The thing many of the head-scratchers had in common was blown leads late in games. If criticism could be leveled, perhaps it could be said adjustments were lacking late in games to stop some of these meltdowns. The Alabama loss was one of the more maddening examples of this.

You all know what's nice? Not having to worry about an NCAA investigation, and arguing about wins and losses. Forget what is "puzzling." We did well with what we had, nothing puzzling about that.

Kasongo still planning on leaving?
FWIW Mark Pancratz mentioned on yesterday's SportsRadio (right before the 5:30 mark IIRC) said Kasongo was "one of the guys" that he thinks will work hard over the summer to improve. Take it for what it's worth :/

This isn't directed towards you so don't take it that way, but Mark as taken a big step back from the program as far as being involved. He knows the game very well and I love reading his stuff, but he'll be the first to tell you that he doesn't really know inside stuff in the program anymore.
