For those who have an educated thought...(the problem)

Keep selling the despair buddy, the market is ripe but you gotta be extra over the top to beat your many competitors.

Good luck with it.

How did you read my post with your head so deep in that pile of sand? Quite impressive on the logistical front.

That's the problem. You and the other despair merchants don't live in reality.

The reality is that we’re pretty terrible with no end in sight and a head coach that hasn’t done anything to provide the fan base with any confidence that things will improve...

Because we hired a commercial airline co-pilot to pilot a space ship to the moon. He's a terrible head coach. Great assistant. Just like a lot of excellent Executive VPs run companies into the ground when they get their shot at CEO.
I’m a commercial airline pilot, not sure if I pissed at you or agree 100%.

Being a coordinator is different from being a head coach. A head coach is the ceo of the program. He’s determining things like practice schedules and both offensive and defensive gameplans. He’s also handling the media obligations, recruiting decisions, setting up off season conditioning programs etc. why in earth fulmer would’ve came away from an interview with him believing he was the guy capable of all that is mind boggling. When you hear Pruitt speak nothing about him screams leadership. He doesn’t even speak with proper grammar

He shows no passion, no intensity. There's a disconnect with him that resonates in him, it's like he can't get excited unless he's winning. I think he can direct a team with great players to win. I'm not sure he can "build a program" I also believe he is a coordinator and not a head coach.

Most any coach can win with great players. I'm not sure just how good of a dc he was. He had very good hc and players

Play after failed play I saw him on sideline with NO emotion whatsoever. Unlike Gator coach who came onto field after penalty and got in their face screaming. Hell butch had more compassion for the love of God!!

Neither does Bill Bellichek. Just sayin'

Bill is known for being very very fiery when he's not at the podium or on camera. Pruitt is know for running off to the DBs and getting frustrated because everyone else can't get their groups to perform like Alabama. A team is a reflection of a head coach, each year he's here, the reflection becomes more and more of him and less of Butch. Do the math. We're getting worse. Not better.
