Secondly, I know how much a unit cost and if that number of units sold is correct, then the revenue is off a considerable amount. Pretty low actually.

While many do buy and drink the beer sold in the stadium, most dont. 80% not drinking sounds close to me based on observations in my section.

I am sure some drink two but doubt more than a hamdful drink three. The beers are large and expensive. The two times i decided to buy one, it was warm and gross before getting 2/3s of it drank.

I could be wrong but would be surprised if much more than 20% bought the beer in the stadium.

You could be correct, but if that number is correct, the revenue is still pretty low.

My experience only from the past few years in my section (lower level sideline):

At least half the fans in my vicinity appear to get at least one drink. Ladies get the seltzers or hard teas. I see plenty of guys come by with two beers. Obviously, kids count as zero. For sure, there are some that knock out 3-4 over 4 hours.

If I had to spitball, I would think they sell AT LEAST 1 beer/seltzer/tea per fan. 100k+ per game. That's $2M+.

Beer is. Whiskey is cheaper though (in regards to state taxes).

I remember a few years ago, perhaps COVID 2020 or 2021 when LSU pretty much drank all the alcohol at Vandy stadium and the bars near the stadium. Several bars were completely emptied of alcohol.

Tennessee sells more expensive drinks because they sell drinks that are bigger with more alcohol than most other schools
