For those that asked- Checkerboard undershirts

For those that wanted them all last year, the bookstore inside Neyland Stadium at Gate 20 has been given the remaining inventory of the checkerboard undershirts the team wore last year. I'm told there are about 40 of them, sized XL-XXL, but they're a very tight fit, so the XL will work for most people. They're around $30.

Because they are from the "team issued" collection, they cannot be sold online. The Neyland Stadium store is open Monday-Saturday. You can call 865-946-2665 and ask for the stadium location, but I'm told the bookstore no longer lets you order by phone.

Just a heads up because a lot of people had asked about them last year. There will be a different design this year,

There will be something similar this year, but not the exact same.

If you're out of town, call them and ask for the stadium store, the person there may be able to work something out. They were able to send a jersey to a friend in another state, even though they couldn't take it over the phone. I think they set up some sort of special order thru the website. It can't hurt to call.

No joke. I acquired one for Mrs. DeerPark back in the fall to wear to the gym in enemy territory. She's 5'6, about 120 and the XL is form-fitting on her. It stretches a LOT, but you still won't see me wearing one without something over it. Perfect for kids.

Neat if you are young enough to pull it off.They should refuse to sell to old fat men for the sake of all....
