You are right about arriving when we fill it up no matter who plays...other teams like Syracuse for example, have huge arenas as well and it seems to be filled up no matter what...

Wow. I thought they still played in the Carrier Dome.

Not busting on anyone here, just trying to point out that we have a huge arena for bball. Packing a Tues night game isnt easy at anytime. If you have it early at 7, you run into parking issues b/c classes are still letting out at 630 and those spots are occupied by students in class. Not to mention that night school is very busy on tuesdays. If you have a late game parking is not the issue. The families dont show up or people with families cant show up because they dont get out till 1115 and not home untill after midnight. Plus we are in the top 5 in attendance nationwide. That is not too shabby. I will be glad when we lose some seats with the renovation.

Looks as if they still play at the carrier dome. I was misled by the website. Still looking for the average attendece cause there is no way the pack out 50K for home games in the dome.

They have a record at 33.6K and some change. That is impressive.

They do use the Carrier Dome, just half of it though...which holds in excess of 33,000.
