Vols broke them literally. They are over there literally begging for baseball season now.

Doubt they will come back mentally from that ass whopping any time soon. It was lind of like after Dooler's first blowout loss at Tennessee.

Reality is setting in that Brian Kelley is overrated as hell.

Because it's hillarious. They talked so much **** all year because of Tony V and us beating then in BB and baseball recently.

Bama game we all know what's up: BY likely won't play. If he does it's either a shootout or Bama covers the spread. If he doesn't, we win a fairly tough game or we blow them out. Hard to tell.

Because it’s fun to be on the other side of the equation for once!
I suppose I just like enjoying the win, celebrating our Vol’s success thus far and looking forward to Bama. Never cared what people said or took enjoyment from their misery. They ran their mouths and Tenn spoke on the field. Moving on.

They can always watch LSU Womens Basketball since Kim Mulkey is doing good things there.

Why are we worried about LSU fans at all? We win, moving on. Much bigger fish to fry this week my friend! Let’s Go Vols!
Who said anything about worrying? I was there and it was glorious, and I'm happy to continue basking in their misery and tears. Focusing on Alabama, but reveling in our victory.

I was at the game Saturday and talked to a number of LSU fans (who were all great by the way) and none of them liked the Kelly hire from the start.
My son was there also and said same about the fans. I asked if any tried to talk trash after the game. He said nope they were the best group of fans he’s ever been around.

I was at Tiger Stadium years ago and the LSU fans were much more friendly than GA, bama or FL. They were loud and yelling for their team but not obnoxious like the others. One was constantly yelling something in a foreign language (probably Cajun)-"xxxxxxxx? Robicheux" who was playing Left Guard. Just another funny drunk.

It's not whether or not BK is a good coach. He just wasn't a good choice for coach for LSU. To my knowledge, BK has never coached south of Cincy. And if he came in and was himself, then maybe things would have started differently. But when he broke out the fake accent in his intro presser, that put alot of folks off down there. I think he also underestimated coaching in the SEC. Since the beginning of the BCS/CFP era in 1998, the SEC has won 14 of 24 Natty's for a reason. If not for Clemson's run, it would be much higher than a 60% title rate. And unless Coach O had to go before NCAA trouble started brewing, then they made a really bad choice not letting him have another year or two to right the ship.

They are my favorite fan base. There are some drunk trash-fans in the group, but for the most part LSU fans are really great.

We went to La Superior after the game, and were surrounded by LSU fans. A couple came over and congratulated on the win and said they're rooting for us for the rest of the season. One guy was playfully fussing at me because all the UT fans he met were so cordial and fun...he said it was impossible to hate us.

The way that I look at it, he will definitely be a failure if the fans turn on him. Harsin was never really given a fair shake at Auburn and he cannot get the support to win as a result.

I hope teams like Auburn and Georgia (wishful thinking on latter) go through major coaching issues like Tennessee did. They have been real dbags since our collapse. Ironically, only the Alabama and Florida fans that I know have been someone tolerable. (To preface Alabama, the real fans are tolerable but the bandwagon is atrocious. So many Tennesseans are Alabama fans right now because of Saban and they win. Those fans are obnoxious as hell but they won't be around when Alabama is bad).

IMO Harsin is a better coach than he is getting the opportunity to prove. And he seems like a legit guy, and didn't show up trying to be someone he was not. Also, not sure he was left alot to work with on the roster. TJ is not an elite SEC QB IMO, but he was the only chance at a decent season on offense. Now, with him out, it's gonna be a tough finish.

I think the same thing about Chip Kelly. They need to give him a chance at LSU. Year 1, they are not going to be a National Title contender. The LSU program was in the toilet. They haven't had a winning record since their 2019 National Championship.

Kelly has a major rebuilding job in a league and with a fanbase tough to rebuild in. I wasnt impressed with the fight or spirit of the LSU team Saturday. Despite playing a top 10 team at home, they didnt seem very excited. First sign of adversity and they seemed to accept it.

They were more concened about the game time than the game itself.

The rebuild is a good point. And CK did win alot of games at ND. To the point he's their winningest coach. But, I would argue he should have been able to bring home a title, maybe two during his tenure there. He never rolled out an elite QB IMO. He will need to learn who and what to recruit at LSU in quick fashion. If ML can come in and be reasonably successful at MSU with some good wins...And he needs to correct whatever chemistry is lacking. He's all but lost Boutte at this point. For whatever reason , he hasn't gone out of his way to get one of the country's top receivers relevant in any game.
