A Handicap parking sign does not signify that this spot is for handicapped people. It is actually in fact a warning, that the spot belongs to Rod Wilks and that you will be handicapped if you park there.

There was actually scheduled to be 3 atomic bombs dropped on Japan. Little Boy, Fat Man, and Rod Wilks. The first two just pissed Japan off, they actually surrendered when they found out we were going to drop Rod Wilks.
