I'm a 9 myself. I play about a game per night. I hate to play anyone who uses Texas and Oregon. Texas' Jammal Charles is nearly impossible to bring down in the open field when the opponent is using his truck-stick. The same can be said for Johnathan Stewart of Oregon and Beanie Wells of Ohio State. Dennis Dixon is nearly impossible to defend as well. I hope that EA will remove the "option glitch" from the '08 game where the player can still make a clean pitch on the option even when he is tackled for all intents and purposes.

Yeah, I hate playing teams or people that run a spread option and refuse to play teams such as WVU that are nearly impossible to stop.

I hope they fix the gang tackling, when I'm bringing the man down and some guy comes from behind hits him, and ends up pushing him 5 yards up field, its aggravating.

Also, in franchise mode, when you recruit a player they end up wearing a 1980's face mask, elbow pads, double wristbands, and taped hands. Hope they fixed that too

WVU isn't that hard to stop. You have to play as though the run option is the only offense to stop. Pat White has no arm. Just use "QB Contain" in either the strong nickel pkg. or the 3-2-6 alignment. When it becomes an obvious passing down, make sure that you use a spy play and play a fast LB or safety at MLB. Power running out of the I-formations usually do in most WVU gamers. That 3-3-5 can't stop the dive play up the middle especially when pulling a tackle or motioning the TE into the hole where the play is being run into.

Volsbynature, that is an awesome cover! That is not the EAsports issue for XBox360. Darren McFadden is. Where did you find it.

When EA Sports makes them, do you have to buy them?... or why couldn't I just print off the one that you posted, cut it, and slipped it into my game cover?

It looks like EA sports isn't the only one who do it, you can find ppl online to custom make them and do what you suggested

The two Foster covers are from my Photobucket account. I requested them both and provided the pics and added the autograph to the PS3 one, but I didn't make either one of them. Ghettoshark made the PS3 one, and OregonDuckFan4 made the 360 one. Here's a few good sites where you can request them:

By the way, EA does not create these covers at all. They cannot endorse current collegiate players. Nice people who are good with Photoshop do these for free on message boards.

Note: If you make any requests, you need to provide hi-res pictures. 450 px tall is a relative mimimum, but 700+ px makes good ones.

On another side note, I've actually had these posted for a while.

For all the talk about custom made covers, get them while you can.

It's against NCAA policy to feature current players on the cover. Just a guess, but in the next two years you will not be able to get them.

EA doesn't make custom covers. People on message boards with good photoshop skills do them for free. I don't see how the NCAA could regulate that.

So EA will have to quit putting a player on THEIR cover. Custom covers are done by the masses, and aren't sold for profit.
