Technically I don’t think Strong was ever the defensive coordinator for Spurrier but he did have Bob Stoops

Much like 2022 where we couldn't stop anybody but won by scoring 1 more point than opponents. I will say the defensive is improved in some areas, but the secondary still gives up long balls and too many automatic 1st downs

Funny because I was also comparing how CJH’s offense was revolutionizing the SEC like his. Spurrier won right out of the gate and, his offense was a scoring juggernaut as well.

I do think the bama game we will have to out shoot them in a down right shoot out type game …. Something like 48 to 41 game. Their qb is on fire

No he's not. Spurrier would have never went into a shell at the end of games the way CJH did against GA and MSU.
