They'll do exactly what they've done in every big game this season. They'll play well enough in the first half to get all of our hopes up and they'll crush them after half time by playing like a bunch of sissies. It'll be another UT quit job.

Only game I am wanting to win more than anything right now is the Kentucky game...I want them to suffer knowing that they lost to the worse UT team in history and the streak is still alive....USCjr is going to obliterate us...I hope they win but U just do not see it happening...This season is down the toilet...Lets just hope they improve next season or heads will start rolling.

Almost every team in the SEC has won a game this yearvthey weren't supose to win. Except us. (unless you call the LSU game a win)i think we have a good shot. If history hold true, and we play good and go into the half up by a few, it may be enough for Spurrier to assault Garcia at halftime, and the game would be called due to the brutal nature of the attack. GBO!!! (just so everyone knows, Spurrier is one of my coaches of the modern era, my only era)

Fair enough. Chance of rain tomorrow is 50/50 as well then. In fact, all binomial distributions are 50/50. Why didn't I just use this theory in probability, stats and Quant Analysis? I did that crap the hard way.

How many people gave USC Jr. a chance against Bama? Not very many. How many gave Kentucky a chance against USC Jr? very few. This is the SEC anything can happen this is why we line up and play the game. If you don't think the VOLS have a chance on any given saturday I for one say you my friend are not a true VOLS fan! Give them H*ll Big Orange!

LSU was it, and only because the Tigers have no qb. Vols have not played that well since blowing it. LSU had themselves beaten, but we let em off the hook.

Although I understand the bad match up on paper, I'm still going to be at the stadium in Columbia wearing orange. These are the shamecocks: famous for choking when they have a shot to win big. USC will find a way to flush thier opportunity to win the east down the toilet as they have done so many times before; I just hope the chicken curse strikes Saturday! Go Vols!!!!!

If you are into stats, here's a little trivia for ya.
SC is the first SEC team we're playing that has worse defensive stats than ours.
SC is 2nd to last in Pass Defense.
They've got 3 pics, we've got 6.
Unfortunately, they're first against the run.

It will be a typical Tennessee game against a good opponent Saturday....hang for the first half then get butt-raped in the second half. Just my nickel's worth.

You got me there. My tree diagram would be equally unimpressive, and I'm not a fan of The Big Bang Theory. I just choose to believe that on any given Saturday, the Vols enter the game with the same chance to win as the other team. Start factoring in mistakes, penalties, injuries, dropped passes, missed tackles and squandered opportunities, and the equation changes. No doubt we're on the wrong side of binomial probabilities, but I'm sticking with the "we got a shot" theory, until the Vols start tilting the odds. Of course, that could be on the kickoff.

I wish 3/4's of these guys who post this garbage would just turn in their UT gear, go jump in the bama band wagon and never come back. Real Vol fans do not need you or your senseless ramblings about how YOU could do it better. Go get a job coaching in the SEC and Win from day 1.

I don't know why everyone is so hard on the OP. I too get tired of people on here getting everyone worked up that we're going to pull an upset...almost every week. And then the letdown is much worse. We have a razor thin margin of error to pull of wins in games. I'm not expecting a win but I'm hoping for one. Go Vols!
