What do you all think about online MLS listing? It's $400 for a 6-month MLS listing using Zillow.

My understanding is you get more exposure but need to be willing to pay a buyers agent which in the 2-3% range.

It's probably a good idea. There are places that do it a little cheaper if you look around.

Placed my home on the market with a realtor last Sunday. My house sold on Tuesday- full price and no closing costs was the offer.

I bought another house two doors down from me ( we love the area and have always loved the home two doors down but could not afford it earlier in our marriage) at 20k under askng price.

Right. We had already decided to offer 2% to buyers agents if they called.
