I don't disagree but at what point does it stop with this staff? Or more broadly the program itself?
Have you taken a look at the secondary next year? If Sutton goes pro... guess what? The secondary is suddenly "young, thin, and inexperienced". Two of the TE's who are playing very much are Srs.
My point all along has been that there are always excused if you are looking for excuses.
They've been hit with injuries but this staff frankly seems to be "injury prone". But even if they weren't, a staff ALWAYS has to deal with injuries or position groups that aren't ideal in depth, experience, and sometimes talent. The difference between the great ones and all others is that the great ones overcome or minimize the impact of those roster deficiencies.
So again, how long before the excuses stop?
