i smiled when my cousin sent me that link, jeez, every day during the summers we were Davy Crockett and Daniel Boone, hunting injuns out in the woodlot behind my grandparents farm.

Thanks, JTrain. That takes me back to the days of watching Disney on weekends right after dinner. Good times.

I remember having a Davey Crockett outfit. Of course he was born not far from here in Limestone. We visited the Alamo, and I was proudly surprised to see three Broyles listed on the roster of those who died there. I suppose they were in the contingent from Tennessee.

I grew up not 10 minutes from there. Also spent the majority of my childhood at my grandparents house (and it's the area i live now) in Boone's Creek. Went to elementary and middle school and I've been to the spot we're Boone hid from the indians behind the waterfall many times. I also know exactly where the D Boon Cilled a Bar supposedly was.

They should bring this show back,I haven,t seen a rerun in at least 10 years.

Better yet revamp it,bring it up to date and put it on the air!
