My wife and I just celebrated our 2 year anniversary on June 29. Somewhere around February/March we were talking about some items that we both wanted to experience together and I had mentioned getting season tix. I knew that if I made the decision to spend it that it wouldn't go over well, so over the couple of months leading up to it I made it sound like it was her idea. Before long she was talking about the games and what ones she wanted to see and how excited she was and when it came time we purchased the tickets. I think she is more excited to go to the games than I am now.
EDIT: I must add that my wife's first game seeing Tennessee in person was the 2013 game vs. South Carolina, and we came to the game against Utah State. She was more of a basketball fan before I introduced her to football. The first time she saw a long gain through the air she was hooked on football.
