For all the Vol fans that are truly behind this team and aren't already saying 6-6

I thought the negavols were gone, I thought that as a unity as one, Volnation could be a happy place where the real believers weren't called crazy.

This is the first time in a long time that I have had that feeling, something special about this year, and it sure as hell isn't going to be 6-6. This team makes mistakes but who doesn't, they will be fixed in practice, and this team gives up td's but who doesn't. This team has heart and unity, and I honestly can tell you that this team can be a double digit win team.

Be negative and call me crazy if you want to, but just remember that when it does happen, you'll be the ones being laughed at and forgotten, this team is dangerous, and is a force to be reckoned with, especially with a total of 8 home games.

Tennessee will be the team of the East, which was also told to me today by a die hard Bama fan.

Bygod, If Alabama fans believe in us, somethings gotta be right. Tennessee will be a double digit win team, if not a 9 game win team. Get over it, and if you can't support or you wanna call us nut cases or whatever, then simply, please, F OFF.

GO BIG ORANGE, TENN WINS BY 14 Saturday.

You tell em!! This year is gonna be different..its in the air!! I am very much expecting at least an 8 game season. But wouldn't be suprised if we did better than that. The VOLS are back baby!! GBO!! VFL!!:rock:

I will feel ''more'' or ''less'' confident as the season rolls along. I believe a number of true Vol fans support the Team no matter what, but excuse us if we take the wait and see approach.

I believe 8-9 wins this season Would be great and a realistic goal, with 2012 getting back to where we were years ago when 10 wins was the expected season outcome.

I have supported Dooley from the jump, I have no doubt he will Bring it back real soon....

Positive energy is all good, but you sound like a homosexual. You can't really predict the future, whatever happens will happen. Also I'm high.

I don't know if you took offense to my 6-6 statement. But I said that as an absolute worst case (or "at least"). I think if we play to our potential we can beat anyone.

Agreed! I'm drunk on the doolaid, and my glasses are so dark with orange tint I can't see straight.

But damn it, if you can't get behind this team and call us a contender for the East, then as OP stated, F OFF!

Things are officially out of hand on this board. This team may very well be better than expected but anyone who honestly thinks we win 10+ is nuts. I can assure you I am "behind this team" but since when did that mean making ridiculous predictions? Let's see if we can beat a mediocre UF team before we start claiming the east.

If we dont win Saturday we may never win. This is the best chance we have had in some time. We need this more than they do.

It's incredible One game against a 4-8 Big East team and we are on Bama's level.

If people want to go balls to the walls, that's fine. It's not a big deal. There's a reason to be excited. It's what makes humans humans. How we handle different thing.

But I think it's utterly absurd how people who maybe aren't having that same positivity, and are taking a more careful approach are getting burned at the stake. Everyone has their opinions. Do we really have to play the true fan card because some people think we'll lose to Florida?
