Their board is not set up well. As far as their claim that they would beat LSU right now, they are crazy. I guess they forgot that beat down earlier this year. They can talk about the SEC all they want but they would finish 4th in the SEC east and third in the west if they were a member.

this talk about beating now is stupid... I dont know how people say that... you were given a chance to beat them... u did not... now u have to wait for you next chance... not bcoz u had a good stretch u can say we will beat them now crap!! vt should be happy to play a bcs!

LSU is all beat up. VT might have a better chance now then they did earlier in the year. What we played is not the same as who they played.

I was all for VT to go to the NC game, i think they deserve it, i mean they lost to LSU, when they were #1, and later lost to BC who was number 2 at the time....and who did LSU lose to? and unranked Arkansas team, and Kentucky, who was like 15th at the time?

NOLA.com (the website for the New Orleans Times-Picayune) is projecting a LSU-VT match-up in the BCS title game once the numbers are crunched with OSU #1 in the polls, but locked out of the title game. Which means LSU could be facing yet another split title situation.

Believe nola.com has updated that story now to a game between OSU & LSU.....

It's about a month 'til the championship game, so LSU should have recovered somewhat from several injuries. If LSU doesn't go to the Sugar Bowl, who does?

One of the guys doing the Carolina vs. San Fran game, which I think he mentioned he was a BCS voter, said that the championship game has to be how he voted it.

Ohio State and Virginia Tech.

Let's just hope this guy isn't in the majority of coaches and Harris voters, don't let their heavy heart forget about the what 45-3 woodshed smacking that LSU applied to VT earlier this year.

I'm not even sold on the SEC being that great this year. Teams that
would give us trouble in the SEC (this year) are LSU, Georgia, and
Florida. We can beat every other team in the SEC.
