I would be shocked if they fired him. This being from a pure financial standpoint. His buyout is pretty huge if I remember correctly - he's a much better lawyer than football coach (at least so far).

9 wins or more - he's back in 2013.
8 wins - Hart's decision.

If he's gone after next year, he will truly have been our Mike Shula. Dooley will have brought in 3 solid recruiting classes and the cupboard will be full for his successor.
