1. Care about the players as people. Do it everyday

2. Be able to make them better on the field.

Only concern with the OL is lack of experience. Feels good about talent, toughness, size, everything else.

It was something like:

We act like JaWaun is a junior, but he's only a freshman. Schofield is a freshman too, he's a redshirt freshman. So we act like he's a senior. Dallas is a sophomore, so he's an old man.

Dooley surprised that we take the depth chart so seriously.. Get used to it coach, this is Tennessee.
