It looks like all of the SEC games are going to be key games for the Vols.
To me, the Ohio State game is a nothing-to-lose game. We aren't expected to win up there, so if we lose, then we were supposed to - it doesn't look too bad losing to a #5 ranked team at their place.
The SEC games are more important to us right now. Some people feel like you have to be .500 or better in conference play to get into the NCAA tourney as an at-large team. There have been exceptions, but I don't think there have been many. (HatVol96 could probably go into more detail here - he seems to be the resident basketball expert.)
Although any road win in the SEC is a good win, Vandy is one that we should've had. We are the better team and should've had swept them again this year. Now we may have to pick up an unexpected win during conference play to make up for this loss.
