Oh woe is me. Couldn't even get a consolation prize or trophy for participating. They're not going to give any amount of money away on live tv, without a way for the feds to collect theirs.

Don't get me started...large majority of kids that age are entitled.

He's looking for someone to blame for his shortcomings.

I mean come on bud, you looked at the website thay said you must be over 18...how else are you going to prove thay day of without an ID?

FWIW - legal type friend of mine gave me a tip a couple years ago. You can take a picture of your ID, front and back, digitally sign it, and store it in an encrypted and secure location on your phone and it passes in situations such as this...may not pass if you get pulled over without a driver's license, but in cases like this it would suffice.

Kid will now probably be like, "ESPN refused to bend the rules for me to let me have what I want. I'm going to call Daddy to see if he can hire me a good lawyer so I can sue." I will say this. It's UT fans like him that cause the fanbases of other schools to laugh at us.

The double atrocity here is that the kid didn't have a quarter in his pocket to call his father or an attorney. When asked where his quarter is, he replied "what's a quarter".

Tough lesson kid. But please, don't make any noise about this because Ktown had the spotlight on it for three glorious hours during damn and we dont want or need any nega press here, ok? Gracias. Go Vols
