I was doing pretty good until I had to carry a bag with about 8 liters of sparkling water in it. All that soreness came back on me at once. The fresh pain combined with the memory of the departed pain in a sort of acute/PTSD cocktail where the total is far worse that the sum of the parts. Writing about it is cathartic. And...I do think I am recovering. Thank you for your thoughtful inquiry into my well being. May the road rise with you mam.
