Didn't Weurful come in off the bench and clobber us?

Thought you asked for the list after Spurrier left.

Edit: Wuerrful may have replaced Terry Dean, but not sure. Losing to a future Heisman winner not as bad as Tyler Murphy and Treon Harris.

edit: I had no idea that Cam Newton played against us as a UF QB.

I don't think Appleby at 23 and a fifth year grad student is comparable to one of the greatest QB's in SEC history.

Here the Vols are once again facing a backup QB from Florida, this time a 5th yr grad that's 23 yrs old, 6'4" 240lb.

Appleby has considerable experience , playing in 17 games at Purdue, while starting 11 games. He will throw the ball down the field against UT, suggested coach Jim McElwain.

Apparently he has only one win as a starter.

Yes, because this is exactly what Florida's Dline has planned for the Vols Oline......sheesh

Do you feel better?
Can you and all these other doom and gloom force, at least wait till we actually lose.

Would it kill you to have confidence in your team??

He was 2-9 and lost out to a freshman QB his last year at Purdue. If he is the reason we lose this week, the Fulmer curse is real.

I hear that's an important quality in a QB.

It is worth noting that the gaturds have played one of the easiest schedules in the entire thus far. Thkd guy is gonna choke. I'd muchhhhh rather have to play him than them walk out Felipe frank.

Careful, you haven't seen him play against UT. We may have a way of kick starting the young man's Heisman campaign next week. :thud:

when I see 6'3" and 240 lbs and likes to throw, all I see is 3rd and 3 and him lumbering for 3 1/2 yards and picking up first down after first down.
