The only issue with being over there is that you will be very close to the Student section. With the intoxication level you may hear a few comments but that should be about the brunt of it. Enjoy Neyland. It's a sight to behold.I love the rivalry more than any other one in football. I was in The Swamp last year and thought ya'll had it. I can take a good ribbing like anybody else and like good hearted jabs - just aint looking for a fight.
Unfortunately for us (we had tickets given to us) we are sitting in section F. Row 55 or better, I think.
We live in Tennessee and some of our best friends are VFL, lol. We are excited to see how things play out this year.
Not that it helps, but we pull for UT when they aren't playing UF lol
We have never been to Neyland, but are excited about coming to this game. Have heard a lot of horror stories and it seems like there is this dark cloud over us in just trying to come enjoy a good football game.
Is there any truth to all the rumors? Can we just enjoy the atmosphere and the game or are we constantly going to have to be dealing with meat heads?
I figured as much. I've been to South Carolina and The Swamp and that's pretty much the extent of our travels to other stadiums.
I can ignore idiots whether they wear blue or orange. Im very excited to experience the Neyland atmosphere. Last year in Gainesville it was loud, but I look for this to be much louder.
Just the wife and I coming to the game. You'll know us by the only two people in blue in the student section lol.
I don't take things personal, its a sport. I didn't go to the University of Florida and I certainly am not on the team so I don't get "butt hurt" like many other Gators fans.
Been a dream to watch this game in K-town. I hope things go well. I don't know what to expect with Appleby in the pocket and last I heard Callaway is a maybe.
Neither of these two teams have looked stellar thus far, just hope they play like we know they can since its THIS game and not UK or App State.
Thanks for all the feedback and I'll see you Saturday
