Florida To Open At -5 at UT?

Yep.

At some point in the game we have to put them in positions where Franks has to be a player. Hopefully that's early with a lead.
Yeah.

I get it. It's Florida. But I'm just not scared of this team. They may win the game.

We may win the game.

It's two bad teams that no one wants to lose to, and neither winner really walks way with much.

Who puckers? I really don't think it'll be Pruitt and our players.

-6 is trash. There’s no way in hell. Line should be Vols -3. Period.

Florida’s real identity is the one that got pimp slapped by Kentucky - not the team that played a terrible FBS team, and a team who ranked almost last in a lot of NCAA stat categories.

Not poormouthing, but I think that line is comical.

Last three times Florida won, they won by a point or the last play of the game.

And as offensively challenged as Florida is, 6 points is way too strong.

on the road. don't think so.

would love to be wrong.

Florida has a HC with 10 years experience vs a rookie HC. Id like my chances if im a gator fan.

The line is based on historical games and the fact of Mullens experience in the SEC. I like the Vols plus 6. It's a gimmey! Line will move quickly.

The public is pretty sour on the Vols (rightfully so). They may not be all that high on Florida either after the Kentucky game but I'm guessing there will be more love for Florida with this line than the Vols. In my gambling opinion, the line is based on perception more than the talent of either team. Neither team is "good" and I'd hate to eat points on a road favorite like Florida but to each his own. I will gladly line up at the ticket window grabbing the points with the home dog and let the chips fall where they may.

I'd take us and those points. UF is not a good team (about even with us), and I think even we could run on them and keep the ball a good chunk of the game. Franks panics with the lesser amount of time he has and makes mistakes. Home field is the difference maker, as it was last year.
He does panic when he doesn’t have time but who exactly on this UT team is going to pressure him? UT will be lucky to not go 0-8 again this year. Those lines are horrendous.
