We actually have a D coordinator now that seems to know what he's doing when it comes to stopping the spread. I hope we win this game, but really want the W next week. Everything I've seen so far today (from Florida playing like crap to us taking Oregon to the woodshed in the first half) gives me great hope for what is possible next week.

Not sure the florida offense qualifies as spread this year...seems more prostyle to me.

Way to jump the gun on this post.

No I'm not. Florida's offense has looked like complete garbage for 2 weeks now. We played well enough to win up until the point that our D got gassed. Next week will be a much closer game than this.

they worried they will break their highest pt total ever. usf game has them more than ready to deal with us. usf has better athletes and skip holtz is a tactician.

Our depth is just too crappy to compete with any decent teams this year.

This might be true. I think UT is going to be a really good team once they get some depth. Then again, UT could shock UF next week. Wouldn't surprise me.

i bet florida cheerleaders are worried if they have to do push ups every time florida scores.
