There wasn't a damn thing they were gonna do about the Orange Swarm. We were too fired up to be stopped anyway.

They quit because they knew their a**es were whipped. We were not going to be denied and by the 4th quarter that had to be demoralizing for them. We played like a team possessed in that second half

Todd Kelly Jr., the Knoxville native who signed with Tennessee in 2014 as part of coach Butch Jones’ first full and star-studded class, said the body language of the Florida players gave it away.
“I think Coach Jones kind of tells us how to read body language, and we looked to the other side and kind of knew we had them beat, to be honest,” said Kelly, who had a pivotal interception that allowed the Vols to expand their second-half lead. “We just looked like we took their soul, really.”
Barnett, likewise, signaled the Gators’ poor body language on their sideline.
“Yeah, their body language. I just kept looking at their body language on the sideline. It was bad,” Barnett said. “I think they worried about talking too much (instead of) focusing on football, and it showed.”
Added veteran defensive lineman Danny O’Brien, “After we had a couple three-and-outs and scored a couple touchdowns, all you had to do was look at their sideline. There wasn’t no energy. Everybody was dead. Them dudes didn’t wanna play no more.”

That is called TENNESSEE SWAGGER

I don't think I have ever seen FLA be shocked like that and I have been watching them since the late 80's. They get beat, but I have never known them to quit.

I thought I was gonna open an excuse post. And I was gonna say Tennessee made them quit!!

I should know better than to judge a post by its title.

I don't know if they quit but I think they were lacking in conditioning

I do thnk that they pulled a Tennessee and let the moment and the pressure get to them. You could tell that they were starting to think about it to much instead of just playing ball. They went away from what got them there and that is a huge credit to Tennessee and the adjustment made.

Calloway really hurt the Gators his mental mistakes.

Conditioning was huge. Jones talked about how the sports science staff worked all week on getting the team ready for the heat. Apparently they all had some type of packet of stuff for the game that kept them hydrated.

Tim Priest said the sideline reported said the Gators actually looked tired right before halftime

We did but their dumbaxx coaching staff helped us a lot IMO. McElwain on a scorching hot day continually keep calling the entire team over to hear his comments. Up, down, up, down, up, down, up, down, in that hot sun. hell he had them running winds sprints all day! Lol they had ZERO left that second half and he contributed alot to it IMO, dumbaxx that he is.

And to think Florida was the school that gave us Gatorade.

The Gators got put in a Big Orange rear naked choke and tapped out like a b**ch because they knew they were in over their head. In the end, UF got outplayed and outcoached.

Once we got that truck moving, they lost all will to compete. Ole Butter Teeth himself said he wasn't sure if they would bounce back.
Who's the duck now?
