Florida or Alabama? Who would you rather beat?

As General Neyland said, "Boys become Men when Tennessee plays Alabama"...Bear Bryant claimed that he'd find out what kind of team we have when we play Tennessee.

I hate Florida as much as the next Vol Fan, they stand in our path to the SEC title and have been the great thorn in our side.

But Vols-Gators is not Tennessee-Alabama. It's tradition, it's hatred, it's the Third (or 4th) Saturday in October.

I think most of us will start to remember how much we hate Alabama if Saban continues to make that team better. For now, I still hate the gators with every inch of my body.

It is Bama its always been Bama. It will always be Bama. My god do I hate the Crimson Tide. I don't mean a sporting hate I mean a burning hate from the depths of me. I guess it has something to do with me living in Birmingham for 22 years.Florida will NEVER attain that level of hate (although close) they didn't know football existed till 1990.I say again to be very clear I HATE the Alabama Crimson Tide.

Alabama thinks they are still on our level, and who could blame them as reigning recruiting national champs:)
Florida knows they are leaps and bounds better than us.

Saying that, I don't know very many Florida fans that follow them game to game and i don't know very many alabama fans that don't cry when they lose a game... so il go with alabama.

It woudl have been nice to have Alabama in the East with Florida and Tennessee.

Georgia could have been moved to the west, though that would have hurt the GA/FL rivalry and Bama/AU.

But in reality why did this conference need a championship game? To make it easier for the Big 10 to make it to the championship game? There wasnt a need for an east and west then.

Born in 89 so I grew up hating everything Florida! but Bama has closed the gap and i find it hard to decide who I hate more now

How does it make any sense at all to have Georgia be a part of the west? If anything, Vandy is about the only Eastern team I can think of that would geographically fit.

I cant stand bama and would love to beat um.........but I always want to beat Florida more than anyone else on the schedule and presently I just want to see that cocky smile wiped off of Urvin Cryers face.

How can you call Urban a crier when Kiffin has been crying since he got here. He needs to get his balls out of Lala's purse, wipe the snot off of his face, and ask his Daddy if he can man up.

Florida no quesion. it might be because im only in my early 20's so i grew up beating bama all the time and it isint that big of deal to me to beat them. flordia always was the game that would set the tone for the rest of the season....without a doubt it would be FLORIDA

I hate uf but bama is the game . I don't repect uf ,they have no tradition , and the uf fans mostly think that college football started in 1990 . Bama claims 12 national titles , 7/8 are the publix weekly top 25 . Three , four tops are true national titles . Bama was the game Gen. Neyland made it a point to win . Tennessee and Alabama ARE THE SEC ! That said it is absolutely always bama !! Besides to win the sec now it looks like we get to beat them twice a year and I promise it won't get any better than that ! GO VOLS

Hands down BAMA. I've had to put up with too much of their crap about 13 national championships and Bears the greatest for too many years.
