If I were a Florida fan I'd want him gone too.

It won't help them any...they're nothing without Tebow.

All I have to say to this is.....HAAAhaaa Haaahaa:eek:lol::rofl:

I fail to see how Florida letting go of Addazio in order to hire a better OC is funny.

I hope that Florida gives Addazio a lifetime contract.

Yeah, I don't get the OP's joy over this.

And it's more than a possibility Addazio leaves...it's a given.

Gator's interviewed Mike Leach for OC the other day. He had a call with Meyer.

That would scare me to death.

it's rumored that Florida is about to land Oklahoma State's OC, who is responsible for #1 in total offense this year. when he was OC at Houston and Texas Tech his offense was #1 in the nation too. pray that this doesn't happen.

Wait a minute. Wasn't Addazio the interim for the short time CUM quit? As far as Leach goes, there isn't enough room at Florida for both egos. I've been wrong many times before though.

That would not be good.

It's Florida. I wouldn't get your hopes up on them hiring a lousy OC.

He's going to be forced to resign. Best thing to happen to Florida IMO. My question is, why didn't Urbie make him change the game plan to build around Brantley's techniques versus forcing their system on Brantley, when he obviously doesn't fit it? Or, was it just Urbie being that stubborn about his system that he was determined to see it work?

I think "forcing" him out or how every you want to word it, got harder when Meyer stepped down, came back, and Addiazo was placed in charge for the time. Now 12 months later after being given the keys for a while to care over the program Meyer shows him the door? Gonna be a hard decision to make, even after this disaster.

According to the Gainesville Sun (local paper), Meyer expects to keep Addazio, and that the only position is to fill is Dan McCarney's position. A grad. assistant will coach in his place for the bowl game. Gainesville.com > Gainesville FL news, sports, weather and more | Gainesville.com | The Gainesville Sun

I expect to win the lottery, and I also expect my wife to agree to a threesome with me and this woman.

Worst case for me is he's demoted to offensive line coach and relieved of his OC responsibilities.

Meyer just seemed like he didn't give a d%$$ this year. Went to a few home games, and he seemed like his head was in the clouds. I think he's a decent coach an all, but he seems just as clueless as the rest of them.
