We are now in a day and age where a coach doesn't need many of these.... He was key in surging Tennessee's offense which led to the program back to being relevant. Now he's year 3 into USF and just went 2-0 against two teams that were highly talked about in the CFP picture coming into the season....

He won't be at USF next year. Realistically, he should go 10-2 at minimum this year.
