I wasn't working for ut fans, I was working for God. I am not nor will I ever do anything to help Lane Kiffin as a coach. "God Bless" and "Go Gators" is being used together a lot these days. And think about it this way, I was definatly the most noticable vendor in the stadium. To those who are still hating, I'm sorry that my colors offended you, but I'm not sorry that I wore them. And for the record, we also had 2 other UF fans in our group along with 1 Auburn and 1 Marshall fan, the rest were vols. God Bless and Go Gators. :)

Hey it's ok to be fans of other teams, but I didn't see them wearing there hats and T-shirts! Also working for God is a great thing, but he is not going to help the Gators come Saturday! God Bless And Go Vols!:)

In this economy, it would not surprise me in the least. In fact, if he was a college grad -- from any college -- then you have to admire his willingness to put up with the humiliation of that to make a living.

Shame on you for mocking someone down on his luck like that.

so a guy down on his luck decides he needs a job at neyland to get by. so he's going help his cause and wear all florida gear while selling cokes. :eek:k:

he's either A. retarded B. an ass h*** C. both D. a typical florida fan.

answer: C and D

I think God would want his complex back.

At the very least I wouldnt have bought refreshments from you...at the very least. Youre too young to understand what an insult that was to wear your gator gear into our house.

In years past, you wouldnt have made it 6 mins. into the first quarter. You just dont do things like that. Im hoping that time and experiance will give you the maturity and know-with-all not to pull a stupid stunt like this in the future. Just dont whine and moan if you do pull this stunt again and someone puts you in your place. God bless and Go to Hell Gators!

In other words, a Florida grad dribbled a bit of his "Mrs. Fulmer bomb" in 5,000 cokes and served them up to unsuspecting fans.

To make matters worse, he shows up on this message board with some silly "youth group" story.

I'm a bit confused by your post. Are you saying he should expect to be physically harmed when wearing UF gear at Neyland? I really hope people aren't that stupid and classless to turn Neyland into the Swamp

Im not saying he should EXPECT to be physically harmed, but he should be surprised someone takes issue with it and starts something. Im saying thats exactly what probably would have happened in the past.

Now, people should just refuse to buy from him and whomever was managing/supervising his fund raiser should tell him to get his rear end into the nearest bathroom and put something else on. Doesnt have to be UT garb just not UF garbage.

And as far as being a classless fan base, thats exactly what him wearing that crap into Neyland was. You dont wear the clothing of one of our most hated rivals into our stadium with the intention of selling products to raise money. You can say whatever you want, but Im not changing my mind on this matter. It is in poor taste IMHO. You want to wear a Tebow jersey to a UT game, make sure Florida is playing in Neyland the weekend you do.

So you would condone those actions against the young man selling drinks for his youth group? Get a grip

you're acting like the kid wore a t-shirt with a naked pic of your mom on it or something. Wearing a UF shirt is silly but it's not a big deal. Don't want to buy from him? Good for you but I'm pretty sure there aren't rules against it (and for good reason).

Please post where I said I condoned those actions.

Comments like the ones you make are typical of the apathetic, dont stir the pot, roll over and take it mentality that dominates our fanbases as of late. It makes me sick.

I apolagize if I offended anyone. But like I said before: I was the most noticable vendor in the stadium, and I sold more than anyone eles. I was booed the week before for wearing Alcoa that ut fans thaught was Alabama, even when it clearly said ALCOA. So if I'm gonna be heckled, I might as well earn it. :) I may have sold more if I hadn't worn my gear, but most of you would have probably worn ut gear at the Swamp if they were playing Florida the next week. And awebb7, I'm sorry but I am not a bandwagon fan, I've been a Gator fan since I was 3(first game I ever saw).
p.s- to those who wish that I would have been physicaly harmed, you're in luck I was stabed in the shin by a fan with a pencil/pen. God Bless. Go Gators.

So a 17/18 year old kid wore some Florida stuff while selling drinks at a ut game. I dont think its a big deal. some of you are acting like he walking around with a flag cussing people out. I saw him at the game and I heard what he was being called and how he handled it. Whenever a man cussed him out, the gator fan turned to him and said "God Bless You sir." Some of you are upset at the kid for wearing the wrong colors so you 1) didnt buy from him. 2) cussed him. 0r 3) wanted him to get jumped. It was his choice to wear it and get mocked. I may disagree with his taste in teams, but i respect him for supporting his team in a hostile enviorment.

Well, an accidental shove down 57 rows could have been the outcome...you never know.

As a youth director who is also a tennessee fan. I appreciate your desire and commitment to your youth groups work for the lord. But I would also appreciate some respect for the fans of the team you are trying to make money off of. I dont expect you to wear Vols gear but would you please not wear our most hated rivals gear at our home field. May god richly bless you in your work for him.
